Position Summary
Under the direction of the HR Director, will assist with all HR activities to include, but not limited to the following: recruitment, benefits admin, employee relations, retention, compensation, new-hire orientation, training and development.
Qualifications
BA degree in Human Resources or related field. Demonstrated exp with 2-4 years exp. req. PHR preferred. Ability to acquire PHR within 2 years of hire.

Chugachmiut offers a smoke, drug, and alcohol free work environment. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an hour for lunch, to include a 37.5 hour work week. Incumbent must be willing and able to travel in small aircraft occasionally throughout the Chugachmiut service area.
