Summary
This is a full-time position encompassing a 37.5 hrs per week with full benefits to include pension. The position will be responsible for providing direct services and oversight of the Rural Human Services Counselor Program as well as the Family Values Program. The position will coordinate services to the region and program development.
Qualifications
Bachelor and/or Master degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or a related field is required and a LCSW is preferred. Two years direct experience in social service delivery setting with management experience and certification with the State of Alaska as a Substance Abuse Counselor I, II, or III is also preferred. Experience in a cross cultural setting is highly desirable.

Working Conditions
Chugachmiut offers a smoke, drug, and alcohol free work environment. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will encompass a 37.5 hour work week. Hours of work may vary according to program need. Travel is required and incumbent must be willing and able to travel in small aircraft throughout the Chugachmiut service area.
