This program provides financial assistance for parents who are employed or attending school or job training. They must reside within the Chugach Region (Cordova, Chenega Bay, Seward, Tatitlek, Nanwalek, Port Graham and Valdez). Both parents (if both parents are in household) need to be employed or attending school or training. Parents are responsible for finding a provider over the age of 18 and with no criminal record. In addition to funds, the program informs parents of their options, identifies childcare providers and assists with any necessary paperwork |
