This program provides direct clinical services at the North Star Health Clinic in Seward. The focus is juvenile delinquency intervention and prevention through services to individuals and families with mental health issues. A portion of the funds provide for the development of a community-based task force to identify and further define the problems and potential solutions to the juvenile delinquency issues. Funding for this portion has been passed through to the Qutekcak Native Tribe which administers services and activities to at-risk youth. |
