Yukon Type II Initial Attack Fire Crew
Established in May 2005 as a Type II Hand Crew, the Yukon Fire Crew received Initial-Attack status in 2006. Chugachmiut, with two fire crews funded by the Bureau of Land Management, has established itself as a nationally recognized player in wildland firefighting. |
