Tobacco Control
Tobacco Prevention and Control Program
The Tobacco Prevention and Control Program is designed to increase the awareness of tobacco and its effects. Tobacco Prevention Educators work to eliminate exposure to secondhand smoke, prevent the initiation of tobacco use among youth, promote quitting among adults and youth, and identify and eliminate tobacco-related disparities among Alaska Natives in the Chugach region.
