Self Governance provides effective technical assistance and information to tribal governments to promote self-determination and self-governance. The division facilitates the development and management of budgets for Tribal programs funded by the Indian Health Services compact, the Bureau of Indian Affairs compact, and the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium.
