This position requires a dependable individual with knowledge of office practices and procedures. As the first person contact with the office, this individual must possess a professional attitude, including a pleasant personality, professional appearance, and grooming which conforms to general business standards. Primary responsibilities include answering a multi-line telephone system, greeting visitors, and performing administrative support tasks. This position is full time and non-exempt. Punctuality is a must.
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum one year administrative assistant/clerical support experience and managing a multi-line telephone system
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with diverse individuals
- A minimum of 35 words per minute required with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to produce a variety of assigned tasks operating standard office equipment and the ability to establish-and maintain effective working relationships
