Chugachmiut is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for three separate healthcare technology projects.
RFP #1 – Digital X-Ray Equipment and Implementation
Chugachmiut seeks qualified vendors to purchase, deliver, install, configure, train, and implement mobile digital X-ray equipment at five clinic locations in the Chugach Region: Seward, Chenega, Nanwalek, Port Graham, and Tatitlek, Alaska.
The scope includes mobile digital X-ray systems, detector panels, accessories, software, secure image transmission capabilities, shipping to road-accessible and remote Alaska communities, installation, training, warranty, maintenance, technical support, and implementation services.

RFP #2 – Dental Scanning and 3D Printing Equipment and Implementation
Chugachmiut is seeking qualified vendors for the purchase, delivery, installation, configuration, training, and implementation of dental scanning and 3D printing technology at four clinic locations: Seward, Nanwalek, Chenega, and Tatitlek, Alaska, to strengthen dental services throughout the Chugach Region.
The scope includes intraoral scanning systems, dental 3D printing systems, washing and curing equipment, software and licensing, startup materials and supplies, shipping, installation, staff training, warranty, maintenance, technical support, and digital workflow implementation.

RFP #3 – Strengthening Rural Dental Care with Advanced 3D Imaging
Chugachmiut is seeking qualified vendors to purchase, deliver, install, configure, calibrate, train, and implement an advanced Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) dental imaging system at one clinic location: the Chugachmiut Regional Health Center in Seward, Alaska.
The scope includes advanced 3D dental imaging equipment, imaging software and workstation, accessories, shipping, installation, calibration and testing, staff training, warranty, maintenance, technical support, and implementation services.

RFP INFORMATION
Each RFP is a separate procurement. Vendors may submit a proposal for one or both opportunities. Submit separate proposals for each RFP and clearly identify the applicable RFP in each submission.
RFP Issue Date: August 17, 2026
Deadline for Questions: August 31, 2026
Proposal Due Date: September 17, 2026, 5:00 pm – Alaska Time
