Current Projects:
We are planning a Community Archiving Workshop in 2026 that will bring together representatives from the Tribes in our consortium. The workshop will focus on hands-on learning in cataloging and digitizing audio and visual materials to help communities preserve important historical items locally. Participants will connect with others who are passionate about cultural preservation and discuss future goals for village-based collections and the Chugachmiut collection in Anchorage.
We’ll share more information as plans are finalized. In the meantime, please reach out to us below with any questions.
