We’re excited to launch our next Step Challenge – Stick to Wellness to get us moving, support each other, and have some fun across our region!

Are you ready to prioritize your health and well-being? This 30-day challenge is a fun way to boost daily activity, build healthy habits, and enjoy a little friendly competition.

Why join?

  2. Stay motivated by tracking your progress
  3. Connect with others while working toward a shared goal

How to participate

  • Sign up by September 12
  • Register here
  • Complete a short pre-challenge survey (just 6 questions)
  • Set your personalized “Stick to It” daily step goal, to hit 16 times during the 30-day challenge
  • Track your steps using a fitness tracker, phone app, or pedometer
  • Share progress and celebrate milestones along the way

Llangarlluni: Becoming Aware

Our vision is to revitalize the traditional Chugach Native culture and language. The goal is to make Sugpiaq/ Eyak history and heritage a part of the regular school curriculum with support and direction from our Elders’ traditional ecological knowledge (TEK).
